Abstract
Die Acrokeratosis paraneoplastica Bazex ist eine seltene, obligate Paraneoplasie. Sie beginnt mit palmoplantaren Hyperkeratosen, im Verlauf erscheinen akral psoriasiforme Hautveränderungen an anderen Körperstellen. Häufige assoziierte Malignome sind Larynxkarzinome und andere Tumore des Kopf-Hals-Bereichs oder deren Halslymphknotenmetastasen. Bei einer 49-jährigen Patientin zeigten sich seit 4 Monaten palmoplantare Hyperkeratosen, zusätzlich lag ein Plattenepithelkarzinom des Larynx vor. Wir diagnostizierten die Minorform einer Acrokeratosis paraneoplastica Bazex. Einige Autoren werten dieses Krankheitsstadium als eigene Entität, wogegen jedoch der bekannte zeitliche Verlauf der Erkrankung spricht. Wir präsentieren einen Fallbericht mit Review der Literatur.
