This article briefly describes the pharmacologic principles involved iti selected exatnples of potentially clinically sigtiificant drug interactions that may occur with cyclosporine. Pharmacologic basis of drug interactions Drug ititeractiotis occur when two or more medicatiotis alter the tnanner in which otie or tnore of these agetits are tiortnally dealt with or perform in a patietit.
