CARRYING OUT OF MEASUREMENT SYSTEM ANALYSIS (MSA) ON OJSC «BSW – MANAGEMENT COMPANY OF HOLDING «BMC»Litʹë i Metallurgiâ
[This work is devoted to the analysis of measurement systems as a tool to improve the quality of measurements. Measurement System Analysis (MSA) in the sector of railway engineering is performed using the following methods: variance analysis; ranges; average and range method. A number of experiments for measuring systems are carried out with coordinate measuring machines ACCURA MASS 16/24/14 and a digital caliper. The results obtained are of universal character; and the methodology described can be applied to other measuring systems. This method is needed to quantify the measurement systems. MSA is the constituent of statistical management of processes of manufacture intended for a research of measuring processes for the purpose of an assessment of their acceptability. MSA allows drawing conclusions about the suitability of measuring processes. This gives you the opportunity to make corrective actions to improve the measuring system and, as a consequence, to guarantee the quality of the measured parameters [1–3].]
