Abstract
Die präparative Darstellung von reinem (CH3)3GeCl wurde nach vier verschiedenen Methoden versucht: 1 Durch Umsetzung von GeCl4 mit CH3MgJ, 2 durch intermolekulare Umlagerung von GeCl4 mit Ge(CH3)4, 3 durch Methylierung von (CH3)2GeCl2 mit CH3MgCl und 4 durch Einwirkung von LiCH3 auf (CH3)2GeCl2 .
