A total of 2923 completed questionnaires was returned representing a 69% response rate. The report describes the characteristics of the two main groups of respondent; those working in schools of nursing and those working elsewhere. It also describes factors linked to satisfaction/dissatisfaction and leaving/intending to leave. http://www.deepdyve.com/assets/images/DeepDyve-Logo-lg.png Journal of Advanced Nursing Wiley
