(age 4). Both have experienced intermittent facial palsy. Syndactyly of the 2nd and 3rd fingers is evident. Fig. 3. Patient R.H. at 26 years of age: profile. Relative midfacial hypoplasia and proptosis are evident. Craniectomy for elevated intracranial pressure and attempted mandibular reduction operations have been undertaken. Fig. 2.
