A successful example of such services is renewing vehicle registration online. At stage three ~2003â2005! integrated government online services were focused. This integrated all possible related services that might be provided by the same agency, different agencies, agencies in other jurisdictions, and private partners in an either vertical or horizontal way. Businesses and citizens can deal with the government as a single cohesive entity and services can be delivered in a seamless mannerâa âonestop shop.â Therefore, individuals should be able to get information and complete transactions without worrying whether they involve different agencies or layers of the government.
