Mono-poly resolving media were obtained from Flow-ICN (Costa Mesa, CA). Rabbit anti-human LF, horseradish peroxidase rabbit anti-LF, purified human milk LF, fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) goat anti-rabbit immunoglobulin G (IgG), and TRITC sheep anti-mouse IgG were from Organon Teknika-Cappel (Malvern, PA). Mouse anti-porcine lens vimentin and alkaline phosphatase-avidin were obtained from Dako (Santa Barbara, CA). Rabbit anti-bovine aorta G-kinase was characterized for specificity in smooth muscle cells (5) and is cross-reactive with human neutrophil G-kinase, as determined by the immunoprecipitation of a single protein band (A& = 77) shown by Western blot analysis extracts (26). Rabbit anti-human fibroblast vimentin was obtained from Chemicon (Temecula, CA). Purified bovine lens vimentin and staurosporine were purchased from Boehringer Mannheim (Indianapolis, IN). [y-32P]ATP was obtained from ICN Radiochemicals (Irvine, CA). The scintillation proximity assay (SPA) kit was supplied by Amersham (Amersham, UK). Rabbit antihuman MPO, A-23187, LY-83583, l-(&isoquinolinylsulfonyl)2-methylpiperazine (H-7), and L-NMMA were purchased from Calbiochem (San Diego, CA). Nonidet P-40 was obtained from US Biochemicals (Cleveland, OH). The bicinchoninic acid (BCA) protein assay kit was purchased from Pierce (Rockford, IL). Okadaic acid was a gift from Dr. Robert W.
