I. INTRODUCTION A. Dopamine: An Intensive Subject of Research Hundreds of publications dozens of reviews conferences have been devoted to dopamine neurons over the last three decades. From mocular neurobiology to neurology psychiatry, scientists working in all the domains of research in the neurosciences, in the widest sense, have taken an interest in these neurons. Investigations in this field are still so intensive that an up-to-date review covering all the lines of research is now a chalnge for a sing group of reviewers , more practically, beyond the limited space availab in journals.
