The saturation magnetization, the Curie temperature and compensation temperature have been investigated for Fe1−xGdx (0 ≤ x ≤ 1) amorphous alloys films using the Monte Carlo simulation. Our results of simulation showed that only adjustable parameters of JFe−Fe and JFe-Gd exchange interaction make it possible to find the experimental values in a large range of concentration x found in the literature.
