Synthesis of amorphous zinc cadmium ammine aqua monophosphates Zn3−x Cd x (PO4). 2n(NH3) · m(H2O) (x = 0.6–2.4, n = 1.3–3.1, m = 2.3–3.4) with variable molar ratio of the cations described. The sequence of thermal transformations of compound [Zn1.5Cd1.5(NH3)1.4(H2O)3.2(PO4)2] with equimolar ratio of cations is studied, and schemes of its transformation into the crystalline zinc cadmium monophosphate Zn1.5Cd1.5(PO4)2 are suggested.
