Reactions 1680, p341 - 2 Dec 2017 Intracerebral haemorrhage: case report A 65-year-old man developed intracerebral haemorrhage (ICH) during treatment with warfarin. The man was receiving warfarin [route and dosage not stated] for atrial fibrillation. He was found down [duration of treatment to reaction onset not stated] and his Glasgow scale score was found to be 6. A head CT scan showed a 45cc right thalamic haemorrhage with ventricular involvement. His INR ratio was 1.9 [outcome not stated].
