The mediated oxidation of norepinephrine at the surface of modified electrode was investigated by cyclic voltammetry (CV). Square wave voltammetry (SWV) of norepinephrine at the modified electrode exhibited two linear dynamic ranges with a detection limit of 4.0 × 10−8 M. The diffusion coefficient (D = 1.06 × 10−6 cm2 s−1) and the kinetic parameters such as the electron transfer coefficient (α = 0.38) for norepinephrine were determined using electrochemical approaches.
