The region sequenced includes the 3′-end of the RNA polymerase, the triple gene block (TGB), the coat protein (CP) and 3′ untranslated region (UTR). In addition, the CP sequences of another 15 PepMV isolates, including 14 European tomato isolates and a Peruvian pepino isolate, have been determined and compared. Abstract
