Synthesis and electrical properties of variable-composition phases Rb1 − x A1 − x R1 + x... Abstract

Subsolidus region of the ternary systems Rb2MoO4-AMoO4-R2(MoO4)3, in which variable-composition phases Rb1 − x A1 − x R1 + x (MoO4)3 crystallizing in the monoclinic system (space group C2) are formed, was studied. Their crystallographic parameters were calculated; temperature dependences of the electrical conductivity, dielectric constant, and dielectric loss tangent were analized.
