Synchrone solitäre Pankreasmetastase eines neu diagnostizierten Kolonkarzinoms Eine 66-jährige Patientin stellte sich mit einem obstruktiven posthepatischen Ikterus vor. Nach initialem Verdacht auf das Vorliegen eines Pankreaskarzinoms zeigte sich im Staging ein weiterer Tumorprozess im Zökum. Unter der Annahme möglicher synchroner Tumorentitäten mit jeweils kurativem Therapieansatz erfolgten eine Hemikolektomie sowie eine pyloruserhaltende Duodenohemipankreatektomie nach Traverso-Longmire. Histologisch ergab sich jedoch die selten beschriebene Konstellation eines Kolorektalkarzinoms mit einer solitären, synchronen Pankreasmetastase. Als Synopsis der Literatur sollte bei Vorliegen einer Pankreasraumforderung und aktueller oder Vorgeschichte einer malignen Grundkrankheit eine Metastasierung in Betracht gezogen werden. Abstract

Eine 66-jährige Patientin stellte sich mit einem obstruktiven posthepatischen Ikterus vor.
