Bogatyrev Laboratory of Biochemistry In mammal cells, immune proteasomes, intracel and total pool of proteasomes in the striatum, brain lular multisubunit protease complexes, produce anti stem and enhanced content of the regulatory subunit gen epitopes from cytoplasmic proteins for presenting RА28α in the cortex of β2mknockout mice. Chymo them with major histocompatibility complex (MHC) trypsinlike activity is found to be reduced in the stri class I molecules to Tlymphocytes. It is known that atum and brainstem of β2mknockout mice. In the MHC class I molecules are expressed in central ner cortex, cerebellum and brainstem of β2mknockout vous system (CNS) cells, including neurons. In neu mice, the expression of NeuN (neuronal nuclear pro rons, MHC class I molecules are localized in postsyn tein) is reduced.
