Spectral and photoelectric parameters of high-voltage multi-junction solar batteries The test samples of silicon high-voltage multi-junction solar batteries (SHVMJSB) are investigated experimentally. It is shown that the efficiency of the transformation of sunlight by silicon high-voltage multi-junction solar batteries without special antireflection coatings is not high and equal to 8%. It is due to the fact that the recombination rate of the minor charge carries is high on the damaged layer surface. Abstract

The test samples of silicon high-voltage multi-junction solar batteries (SHVMJSB) are investigated experimentally.
