Special features of the VP-1Ap anion exchanger behavior in the presence of various forms of silicon compounds were studied. Regularities observed in the experiments were explained, and a basis for predicting the effect of exterior perturbations on the evolution of silicification processes was developed. Precautions were offered to reduce a harmful effect on sorption processes.
