Trivial name: Nep1, encodes necrosis and ethylene inducing peptide (NEP1) from Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. erythroxyli. Description: The coding sequence consists of two exons interrupted by a single intron of 58 nucleotides, and encodes a protein of 253 amino acids. A TATA box occurs at137 to132, multiple transcription start sites at 107 to 93, and a putative polyadenylation signal at C970 to C975.
