Trivial name:promoter of rbcL gene from isolate H002 of Quercus dodonaeifolia Description: promoter of the ribulose-1,5-bisphosphate carboxylase/oxygenase large subunit (rbcL) with 783 bp from Quercus dodonaeifolia lies downstream of the atpB gene. Nucleotide sequence of the promoter for rbcLin Quercus dodonaeifolia shows 71.9%, 69.8%, 69.6% identity with Coryno- carpus laevigatus (X69731), Geissoloma marginatum (X83990), and Heisteria parvifolia (X83992) respectively.
