Description: In total, the sequence contains 26 bp of 18S rRNA gene, 638 bp of ITS region, and 36 bp of 26S rRNA gene. The ITS region includes ITS1, 5.8S rRNA gene, and ITS2. The lengths are 253 bp, 164 bp, and 221 bp, respectively. The lengths of ITS1, 5.8S rRNA gene, and ITS2 in Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat ‘Red Gafe’ are typical of the corresponding region with other higher plants.
