Two new complexes [Co(Pdon)(SCN)2(H2O)2] (I) and [Hg(Pdon)2Br2] (II) (Pdon = 1,10-phenanthroline-5,6-dione) have been synthesized and characterized by element analysis, IR and single crystal X-ray diffraction (CIF files CCDC nos. 793904 (I) and 783209 (II)). Abstract
