Preparation of LiFePO4/graphene composites by microwave-assisted solvothermal method Well-crystallized and nano-sized LiFePO4/graphene composite have been successfully synthesized by in-situ disperse graphene oxide (GO) in precursor via a rapid microwave-solvothermal process at 200°C within 10 min.
