Prediction of individual chemoprophylaxis for radiation carcinogenesis in experiment The predictive possibilities of cytological, genetic, and biochemical indicators of tumor development with the action of ionizing radiation are considered. The results are presented for the use of the genotoxicity indicator, which makes it possible to evaluate changes in the content and structure of DNA in the blood of rats, in the prediction of the efficacy of α-difluoromethylornitin and extracts of Eleutherococcus or Leuzea as possible chemopreventive drugs in radiation carcinogenesis. Abstract

The predictive possibilities of cytological, genetic, and biochemical indicators of tumor development with the action of ionizing radiation are considered.
