Poland’s syndrome and thoracic duct anomaly

Poland’s syndrome and thoracic duct anomaly An unusual case of a chylous fistula following left breast-conserving treatment in a 55-year-old woman with right-sided Poland’s syndrome is presented. The patient, who underwent quadrantectomy with complete axillary clearance for invasive ductal carcinoma of the left breast, developed a chylous fistula due to thoracic duct anomalies. As far as we know, this is the first report of a thoracic duct anomaly associated with Poland’s syndrome. http://www.deepdyve.com/assets/images/DeepDyve-Logo-lg.png European Journal of Plastic Surgery Springer Journals
