Modeling pulse apparatus for processing suspension with periodical unload of concentrated precipitate

Modeling pulse apparatus for processing suspension with periodical unload of concentrated... The principle of work of a new apparatus for processing suspension with periodical unloading of concentrated precipitate is described. Mathematical model of the apparatus is created that allow calculating main technological parameters of the apparatus. The apparatus feature is application of potential energy accumulated by the compressed gas in the pulse chamber for the regeneration of the separating screen. The experiments with laboratory model of the apparatus allow to recommend this mathematical model for practical application. http://www.deepdyve.com/assets/images/DeepDyve-Logo-lg.png Russian Journal of Applied Chemistry Springer Journals

Abstract

The principle of work of a new apparatus for processing suspension with periodical unloading of concentrated precipitate is described. Mathematical model of the apparatus is created that allow calculating main technological parameters of the apparatus. The apparatus feature is application of potential energy accumulated by the compressed gas in the pulse chamber for the regeneration of the separating screen. The experiments with laboratory model of the apparatus allow to recommend this mathematical model for practical application.
