Plasma membrane Ca2+-ATPases and with 90%, respectively 89.5% sequence identity with the rat play an essential role in the regulation of the free cytosolic Ca 2§ PCCB gene. The rest of the sequence had very low sequence concentration in eukaryotes, by pumping free cytosolic Ca 2+ out of identity with the sequences Mammalian Genome Springer Journals
