Ketamine Reactions 1704, p216 - 2 Jun 2018 Increased secretion and transient hypoxia: 2 case reports A retrospective cohort study of 122 patients described two patients [ages and sexes not stated] with acute behavioural disturbance, who developed increased secretion (one patient) and transient hypoxia (one patient) during treatment with ketamine for sedation [dosages, routes, durations of treatments to reactions onsets not stated; not all outcomes stated]. The transient hypoxia resolved spontaneously. Author comment: "Of the patients who received ketamine,. . .1 (4.8%) developed hypoxia, and 1 (4.8%) developed increased secretions."
