We sequenced these clones and detailed genetic and a high-resolution physical map have been determined that they are identical to each other except that R21082 produced (6th International Workshop on Chromosome 21, Cold contains an additional 584-bp at the 5' end. We have deposited the Spring Harbor, 1996). Having accomplished the initial goals of the complete 2093-bp sequence in Genbank (U80213).
