Abstract
Usually treated as palliative surgery, thoracic wall resection and immediate reconstruction allows large wall resection which, in association with adjuvant therapy, can potentially cure patients who have had a primary tumor or a unique metastasis. Level of Evidence: Level IV, therapeutic study.
