Formation of the thermal conductivity of carbon-carbon composites Studies are made of the effect of structural and processing parameters on the reproducibility of the thermal conductivity of high-density carbon-carbon composites reinforced in three and four directions. The mechanical, physical, and thermophysical properties of the carbon semifinished products are investigated and the factors that determine the average thermal conductivity of the material are ranked in importance. Abstract

Studies are made of the effect of structural and processing parameters on the reproducibility of the thermal conductivity of high-density carbon-carbon composites reinforced in three and four directions. The mechanical, physical, and thermophysical properties of the carbon semifinished products are investigated and the factors that determine the average thermal conductivity of the material are ranked in importance.
