Formation of the architecture of nanodimensional polymer media with quantum dots The process of formation of the newest media structures at the nanosize level from the dissociative recombination of the nanoparticle with a molecular ionic lamella to its ordered stabilization in the matrix polymer medium is considered. The ordered medium of a thick film is formed with the electron-topological phase transitions in conditions of a synchronous effect of pressure 1.32 × 10−5 ≤ P ≤ 2.25 × 10−5 and thermal field ranging from 205°C to 220°C.
