Formation of manganese solid solutions in single crystals of ZnGeP2 Process of the solid-phase diffusion of manganese into single crystals ZnGeP2 are investigated by electron paramagnetic resonance and X-ray element microanalysis. Conditions for formation of a solid solution with Mn2+ concentration of 1018 cm-3 were found. Abstract

Process of the solid-phase diffusion of manganese into single crystals ZnGeP2 are investigated by electron paramagnetic resonance and X-ray element microanalysis.
