Flow control using MEMS pulsed micro-jets on the Ahmed body This work focuses on an experimental investigation of flow control of the wake of a 3D bluff body using micro-electro mechanical system (MEMS) pulsed micro-jets. Results show that a significant drag reduction (up to 10 %) is obtained with micro-jets located upstream the recirculation bubble created over the rear slant of the model. Abstract
