FISH mapping of the porcine NPY5 gene to Chromosome 8p11

FISH mapping of the porcine NPY5 gene to Chromosome 8p11 Mammalian Genome 9, Brief Data Report Other imprinted genes have been found clustered in chromo- NPY5 gene to FISH mapping of the porcine somal regions that are conserved between mouse and human. By Chromosome 8p11 determining the extent of the syntenic region, it may be possible to identify more imprinted genes that may map to this region in l A. Wraith, 2 D.
