The last line in the table with CS activity (units CS /mg protein) should instead be CH mtDNA:gDNA CS activity 0.64 ± 0.08 0.67 ± 0.21 0.68 ± 0.11 0.64 ± 0.08, HC 0.67 ± 0.21 and HF 0.68 ± 0.11 -1 (mean ± SEM). The weighted one-way ANOVA with a units CS (mg protein) Tukey’s post hoc test still yields non-significant results, Glycogen, triglycerides, mtDNA, and CS-activity-to-protein ratio in the thus the error does not alter any conclusions in the myometrium of pregnant Wistar Hannover rats fed, respectively, a highfat paper.
