Since we published these articles, we have found and Arch Virol (2006) 151:2077–2083 that the name of the Raphanus sativus-root cv. Yipinghong DOI 10.1007/s00705-006-0765-4 used in the titles and in the whole articles is not the correct name, which should instead be Raphanus sativus-root cv. This correction does not adversely affect any (2006) Complete nucleotide sequences and genome aspects of the publications in question.
