His affiliation is Institute for Laboratory Animal Research, Nagoya University School of Medicine, 65 Tsurumai-cho, Showa-ku, Nagoya, 466-8550, Japan. In addition, the authors would like to acknowledge Yuichi Sugahara, who passed away as a result of an unfortunate accident in May 1999. This work is published posthumously in his memory.
