Electrodeposition of semiconducting CuInSe2 films on glassy carbon electrode from sulfuric acid electrolytes

Electrodeposition of semiconducting CuInSe2 films on glassy carbon electrode from sulfuric acid... Electrochemical behavior of selenium(IV), copper(II), and indium(III) ions in joint deposition onto a glassy carbon electrode from sulfuric acid electrolytes was studied. The optimal conditions for formation of a stoichiometric compound CuInSe2 were determined. The structure and composition of the compound synthesized were studied by X-ray phase, electron microscopic, and electron microprobe analyses. http://www.deepdyve.com/assets/images/DeepDyve-Logo-lg.png Russian Journal of Applied Chemistry Springer Journals

Abstract

Electrochemical behavior of selenium(IV), copper(II), and indium(III) ions in joint deposition onto a glassy carbon electrode from sulfuric acid electrolytes was studied. The optimal conditions for formation of a stoichiometric compound CuInSe2 were determined. The structure and composition of the compound synthesized were studied by X-ray phase, electron microscopic, and electron microprobe analyses.
