Pedohumic method in paleoenvironmental reconstructionsQuaternary International, 106
Electrochemical behavior of selenium(IV), copper(II), and indium(III) ions in joint deposition onto a glassy carbon electrode from sulfuric acid electrolytes was studied. The optimal conditions for formation of a stoichiometric compound CuInSe2 were determined. The structure and composition of the compound synthesized were studied by X-ray phase, electron microscopic, and electron microprobe analyses.
