In this 3 2 method, all of the 2-amino-substituted benzothiazoles were obtained in high to excellent yields and short reaction times under mild conditions. The structures of the resulting 1 13 products were characterized and conﬁrmed by melting point, FT-IR, H NMR and C NMR techniques.
