The effect of 5-azadeoxycytidine on hybrid mice (CBA × C57BL/6)F1 in vitro for 6 h, in the presence of single cell parthenogenetic embryos during the S-phase of the cell cycle has been studied. After developing to the blastocyst stage in vitro, parthenogenetic embryos were transplanted into the uterus of false pregnant females.
