Comoviruses comparison with RaMV-J. have two positive-, single-stranded genomic RNAs (RNA1 RaMV-CA (ATCC PV-138) was originally isolated and RNA2), which are encapsidated into separate spherical from infected leaves of turnip (Brassica rapa) in Califor- virions.
