The probe for Stk5 detected major HindIIl fragments of 6.3 and 1.3 kb in C57BL/ Mammalian Genetics Laboratory, ABL-Basic Research Program, NCI-Frederick Research and Development Center, P.O. Box B, 6J (B) and 5.0 and 1.3 kb in M. spretus (S) DNA. The probe for Frederick, Maryland 21702, USA Stk6 detected major HincII fragments of 3.1 and 2.5 kb (B) and 5.1 and 2.5 kb M. spretus (S) DNA.
