The organization of the book – with seven sections, 35 chapters, 718 pages and 70 contributors – facilitates the reader in understanding the concepts and theoretical approaches. Particularly useful are the introductions of each section which highlight the key contributions of the specific chapter, explain the main theories and integrate narratives about each section as a whole.
