Reactions 1680, p64 - 2 Dec 2017 Nocardia pyomyositis: case report A man [age not stated] developed Nocardia pyomyositis during treatment with azathioprine and low dose steroids [specific drug not stated]. The man, who had a history of granulomatosis with polyangiitis, was receiving treatment with azathioprine and low dose unspecified steroids [route, dosage and duration of treatment to reaction onset not stated]. However, he developed Nocardia pyomyositis. He responded to treatment with cotrimoxazole and amikacin.
