Reactions 1704, p42 - 2 Jun 2018 Itching, diarrhoea and hyperglycaemia: case report In a retrospective study involving 57 patients, one patient [sex and age not stated] was described, who developed itching, diarrhoea and hyperglycaemia during treatment with ombitasvir/paritaprevir/ritonavir and dasabuvir. The patient who had hepatitis C virus infection, received treatment with oral ombitasvir/paritaprevir/ritonavir 25mg/150mg/100mg once daily and dasabuvir 250mg twice daily. In the second week, the patient left treatment because of side effects including diarrhoea, itching and hyperglycaemia [time to reaction onsets and outcomes not stated].
