the genomic DNA of Trema cannabina. Lour.
Trivial name: HB from Trema cannabina
Description: The HB-Tc2 clone is 1104 bp long with four exons that encode amino acids of
haemoglobin and three introns. The nucleotide sequence of HB-Tc2 clones shares
99.4% identity with HB-Tc1 clone (AJ131349). One amino acid change was detected
between the two clones at the 14th site of the deduced amino acid sequences.
