A solution of the problem of rational design of cermet dental bridges is presented. An analysis of the stress-strain state and a computer-aided solution of the boundary nonuniform elastic-plastic problem give the proportion of the bridge span size to the height of the bridges of the metallic carcass at which the denture functions reliably up to the appearance of irreversible changes in it (cleavages and cracks of the ceramic coating).
