We consider the problem of a closed-loop interval dynamical system stabilisation by a modal regulator which locates all coefficients of the open-loop system characteristic polynomial within assigned intervals. We present an original method for the modal regulator synthesis. This method differs from the analytic method  by the smaller number of operations with polynomial matrices.
